Our Primo Sale with Olives, is a fresh cheese without crust, soft and smooth paste. The flavor and aroma reminiscent of the typical aromas of fresh milk. Its soft consistency makes it suitable for most of the tastings, also combined with a good extra virgin olive oil and / or herbs.

Packaging

Our Primo Sale can be packed in 1kg and 3kg box, vacuum controlled atmosphere or in liquid.
Storage
