Our large braid is made from whole cow's milk.
Pearly white has a smooth and shiny and a thin crust. Its rounded shape has an internal structure in thin leaves superimposed that tend to disappear in the layers immediately below.

Our packaging have been designed to be packaged in a hermetically sealed manner various types of products, using a film of plastic material celluloso. All our trays, are also suitable for food material. Our braid is packaged in 1kg or 3kg box, vacuum controlled atmosphere or in liquid.
