My great grandfather, Domenico Perrella was a very balanced and far-sighted person, but also a man of great passion for Milk and his all Family.

A fundamental and indispensable combination of all his life. A man of strong temperament and tenacity, he builds his small shop during the  two important wars, which significantly characterize the southern economy.

The Perrella family will dedicate itself to the production of mozzarella cheese up to the last generation and managing the activities directly.
